Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of www.religionrelief.com and the Religion Relief Studio (the "Service"), operated by Religion Relief. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to them.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase.
How the Studio works
- Describing a song, drafting or entering lyrics, and generating two takes are free.
- Until a song is unlocked, playback is limited to a preview of the first 30 seconds of each take.
- Unlocking a song is a one-time payment (listed as $8.88 at the time of writing) that gives you full-length playback and MP3/WAV downloads of both takes, saved to your private library.
- Publishing a song to streaming platforms is an optional one-time add-on ($5.55). Extra AI cover-art options are an optional add-on ($2.22).
- Prices are shown in USD before checkout and may change; the price at checkout is the price you pay.
Payments and refunds
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Because you can preview every song before paying, unlocks are generally non-refundable once delivered. If a generation fails or you're charged without receiving your song, email us and we'll fix it or refund you.
Your content and rights
You're responsible for the lyrics and descriptions you enter. Don't submit content that infringes someone else's rights, is unlawful, impersonates a real person, or mocks or demeans any faith or its followers. For unlocked songs you keep a perpetual right to use the song personally and within your congregation — including in worship services, at family gatherings and as a gift — as described in the Personal and Congregational Use License. AI-generated audio may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions and similar outputs may be produced for other users.
Publishing
If you pay to publish a song, you authorize Religion Relief to release it on streaming platforms through our distributor account, you confirm that the songwriter name you provide is accurate, you waive royalties from that release, and you grant Religion Relief the rights needed to distribute and administer it on the stores. You may request takedown at any time by emailing us; removal typically completes within the platforms' processing windows.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the Service, attempt to bypass preview limits or payments, scrape it, or use it to generate hateful, harassing or unlawful material. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and changes
The Service depends on third-party AI and payment providers and is provided "as is". We may change features, prices or these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Religion Relief's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
